We have a team of professionals with an expertise in this sector which is constantly identifying opportunities and putting together investment strategies on behalf of our clients. These opportunities are mainly located in Peru and are aimed at local and/or international investors interested in investing in real estate variable and/or fixed income.
For the less conservative investors, we have a constant pipeline of risk-adjusted residential home and commercial development projects in which they can
invest through special purpose vehicles (i.e., already structured funds, built-to-suit funds or directly with the developer) and that could very well
complement their investment strategy and diversify their portfolios. These investments usually have a country and development risk component, unlike
income generating real estate assets.
In the past four years, we have worked very closely with institutional investors and with more than five renowned local developers. We are constantly seeking over average returns in the market with a moderate risk and short turn-around (about three years maximum from the purchase of land to the delivery of residential units to the end buyers).
For the more conservative investors that wish to invest in income generating assets, we have investment solutions to meet their needs in the commercial
(office), retail (shopping malls, stand-alone stores), hospitality and logistics categories. Most of the opportunities in these categories do not
have development risk. Their risk is more related to the growth of the local economy and demand.
Our team has participated in the negotiation of income generating assets (i.e., mainly commercial real estate – office buildings) with a total market value of over US $300 million.
